Our story began in 1968 in New Haven, Connecticut. There, the Prifitera family built a beloved Yale campus fixture. After decades of weathering shifting city dynamics and historic student movements, we traded Connecticut winters for the Texas heat in 1997, bringing our cherished family recipes and iconic, Northeast charred pizzas to the Alamo City.
